Owners
Jeremy and Angie love to collaborate with clients, using their complimentary design and construction talents to create thoughtfully designed, original, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Jeremy focuses on overall function and structural issues, while Angie draws on her eye for detail and design. Together, they are a dynamic design duo.
“Angie and I love to take clients on a journey of discovery, where they can realize the full potential of their living space,” Jeremy said.
When they aren’t working together to create remarkable living spaces, the couple loves to travel and spend time with family. Both are active in the community and their church, New Life. Jeremy and Angie have five children and seven grandchildren who add sparkle and spice to life.
Travis Landers
With a wealth of more than three decades in Management, Human Resources, and Recruitment, Travis joins Freyenhagen Construction as a seasoned professional. Travis is deeply passionate about fostering the development of robust teams and establishing efficient processes to empower our staff to reach their utmost potential within the company. Beyond his professional endeavors, Travis enjoys quality time with his family and actively participates in both community initiatives and his church. He has an innate ability to infuse fun into various situations and has recently fulfilled his long-standing dream of obtaining a pilot’s license, demonstrating his dedication to pursuing his passions.
Stephanie Mascarena
Meet Stephanie, the anchor of Freyenhagen’s operations. With over a decade of expertise in customer service and account management, Stephanie holds a pivotal role as our Administrative Executive. Her unwavering dedication and keen eye for detail make her indispensable to our projects. Stephanie orchestrates seamless communication between our design team, carpenters, and vendors, ensuring every aspect of our operations runs with precision. Beyond her unmatched coordination skills in managing appointments, deliveries, and calls, Stephanie finds fulfillment in family moments, outdoor adventures, and the culinary arts when she’s not steering the ship at Freyenhagen.
Jody Bies
Jody is the talented CAD Designer and Estimator at Freyenhagen Construction, bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning almost three decades in remodels, project management, estimating, and design. Jody finds immense fulfillment in crafting unique and beautiful interiors that leave a positive impact on her clients’ homes. Her passion lies in collaborating with clients and the team to create spaces that truly reflect the client’s lifestyle and vision. Outside of her role at Freyenhagen, Jody cherishes precious moments with her family, including her husband, children, and grandchildren. Tracy Sauer
Tracy serves as our bookkeeper, boasting an impressive track record of over three decades in finance, encompassing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources. Her expertise extends from the marine and long-term care industries to the realm of construction. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and achieved a significant milestone in 2017 by earning her MBA (Master of Business Administration). Tracy’s proficiency lies in her exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and adept communication abilities. These qualities empower her to maintain impeccable order in the business office and implement efficient, productive office procedures. Beyond her professional achievements, Tracy finds joy in exploring the world with her husband, Tim, cherishing moments with their family, and dedicating their time to serving their community through their church. Robert Smith
Robert is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the industry. Josh Unden
Josh is an integral part of the Freyenhagen Construction team. As one of the lead carpenters, Josh oversees all phases of remodel and new construction projects. His journey in construction began during high school where he honed his skills, developing his expertise and passion in the field. What sets Josh apart is his ability to manage the day-to-day progress of construction, transforming raw materials into exquisite spaces for clients. He values cleanliness and places a premium on minimizing disruptions to customers during the construction process, ensuring a seamless experience for all. Josh’s exceptional work ethic and dedication are deeply rooted in his military service. With eight years of service in the United States Marine Corps and an ongoing commitment in the United States Army National Guard spanning seven years, Josh brings a disciplined and focused approach to every project he undertakes.
Outside of construction, Josh finds solace in the great outdoors. Camping, fishing, and exploring the woods are among his cherished pastimes. He is also an avid gold miner, showcasing his adventurous spirit and love for exploration.
Brayden Talamentes
Brayden is a dedicated member of the Freyenhagen Construction family, having contributed several years of expertise to our team. Brayden specializes in various facets of the remodeling process, including framing, drywall, painting, cabinetry, and trim work, and excels in delivering excellence at every step. His commitment to maintaining a safe and clutter-free work environment underscores his dedication to both quality workmanship and the well-being of the team. A proud native of Billings, Montana, Brayden finds joy in spending time with his wife and their beloved dog. Embracing his love for the outdoors, he indulges in activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking, camping, and snowboarding. Additionally, Brayden is an enthusiastic football fan, eagerly anticipating each season to cheer for his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Josh Freyenhagen
A seasoned carpenter with over a decade of experience, Josh specializes in painting and framing. He enjoys learning and applying his skills to new and different home improvement challenges. Josh’s dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction sets Freyenhagen Construction apart in the industry.
Beyond the construction site, Josh finds fulfillment in coaching Special Olympics basketball and track, demonstrating his commitment to community. His passion for the outdoors leads him to fishing, hiking, and camping, activities he enjoys with his family and two children. Miles Banhagel
Miles Bangel, a skilled carpenter, has become a valued member of the team. What sets Miles apart in the industry is his people-oriented approach. In a memorable construction anecdote, Miles encountered a surprise while removing a pergola—a mother duck and her chicks had made a nest on top. Serving them an “eviction notice,” he ensured a safe relocation to a nearby drainage ditch, avoiding any legal battles.

Andy Osuna
With 25 years of diverse construction experience under his belt, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Freyenhagen team. Andy has quickly become an invaluable asset to our company. What Andy enjoys most about his job is witnessing the transformation of projects into magazine-worthy masterpieces. His passion for working with top-notch, high-quality materials ensures that every project meets the highest standards of excellence. When he isn’t working on a project, you’ll find Andy in his element, tinkering with vehicles and attending car shows. He also loves exploring the great outdoors, often accompanied by his trusty canine companion on hiking adventures.
Jose Cano
As a skilled carpenter, Jose is a valued member of the team. Jose is passionate about his work, constantly striving to deliver his best on every project. His love for his job and his family is evident in his dedication to safety, ensuring that every task is performed with utmost care and precision. Although relatively new to the field, Jose’s enthusiasm for learning promises continuous improvement in the quality of his work. Cole brings fresh energy to Freyenhagen Construction, having recently joined our team. A fast learner, Cole has quickly gained valuable experience, improving constantly and quick to help wherever needed. One of Cole’s favorite moments on the job was encountering a black bear at a jobsite in Fishtail, highlighting the diverse experiences that come with working in construction. Outside of work, Cole finds joy in the simplicity of life. He enjoys golfing, shooting hoops on the basketball court, and cherishes moments spent with friends and family, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Cole’s dedication to his craft and his passion for creating quality work make him a valuable addition to the Freyenhagen Construction family.
Marcus Weston
Marcus is an expert installer at Freyenhagen Construction, bringing two decades of invaluable experience to our team. With a rich background that spans various roles in the construction industry, Marcus specializes in cabinets, baseboards, door and window casings, door jambs, and interior/exterior doors. His journey began in 2003, fabricating beveled edge laminate countertops, and evolved through roles in different states and diverse projects, including replicating church pews and reconstructing decorative walls. Marcus’ commitment to quality and safety is evident in his meticulous approach to every task. He values continuous learning, eagerly embracing new challenges and techniques alongside his skilled colleagues at Freyenhagen. Marcus’s dedication to excellence makes him an integral part of our innovative and dynamic construction team. When not at work Marcus takes full advantage of all that Montana offers, which includes hunting, fishing and playing golf.
