With finishes selected, your design professional uses advanced technology to generate 3-dimentional interactive renderings that enable you to truly experience how your new space will look, feel, and function. This is a collaborative process which allows for multiple ideations to perfect your design.
We provide concierge-level services to our clients, walking you through the smallest details of your design and helping you select your final finishes including appliances, specialty materials and color palette. Clients consistently rate our concierge service as invaluable to the decision-making process.
As the construction documents are prepared, your project manager will meet with you to discuss the construction timeline and what you can expect from our team during construction.
You will be given access to our secure, cloud-based construction scheduling system which provides a day-by-day, week-by-week schedule for your project. You will have advanced notice regarding dates when subcontractors and specialty tradespeople are scheduled to work, the name of the individual and company and specific work they will accomplish.
Most clients reside in the home during renovation, which means our workplace is your living space. We recognize the disruption construction can cause. Our goal is to minimize disruption as much as possible. We take active measures to mitigate dust, clean our work area daily, and properly secure doors and windows every day. For those who have children and pets, we incorporate special instructions in our work plan to ensure safety and security for all.
As the project nears completion, we conduct a walk through with you to ensure every detail is precise. Our goal is to put the finishing touches on your project in a timely manner so that you can step into your beautifully remastered life.
